Each session begins with a thoughtful consultation, where they take the time to understand your body, any areas of concern, and what you're hoping to get out of the session. The mat work allows for a greater range of movement and connection. I found this to be more effective than a standard table massage.

The space is clean and welcoming, and the whole experience feels really intentional. I walked out feeling lighter and reset. I highly recommend the service to anyone looking to add to their self-care routine.

My first session today with German. Incredible experience. From the heated blanket to the nice smells of the room. His touch was perfect. Just the right amount of pressure. Very gentle bedside manner. Hope to have another session soon.

Wow, today’s massage was incredible. Walked in feeling tight and knotted, walked out feeling like a brand new person. I had no idea just how much tension I was holding until it melted away. On top of that, I got some really handy advice I can put into practice straight away.
