I was so cautious about booking this - it was the “nervous system reset” that got my attention as I really needed that so ready to take a risk…I’m cautious because in the last 5 years I’ve had 2 spinal fractures, 4 lower spine surgeries (most recent June this year) and awaiting the 5th …so to say the stretching looked like a dream and a nightmare all at the same time is an understatement….well wow! Just wow! When I walked out of there I was standing so tall, shoulders back, my hips were fluid as I strode past the gorgeous Coogee beach - seriously if you’re looking for more than a massage, where you feel locked up (chest, texters neck, hips etc) not just sore muscles, this guy is your answer. I basically squeezed him with excited gratitude afterwards (I think I startled him 😂) - also my ear had this weird vein pop but in the neck to head and my hearing just got louder - wow. Thanks so much! Consider me a regular now 🙏🏻🥳

Honestly the best massage I’ve had in Sydney. Way different from the usual ones. Done on the mat, fully clothed (which at first sounded strange but ended making so much sense) with heaps of stretching and deep tissue work that actually loosened my shoulders and hips. Walked out feeling lighter and noticed effects in my yoga routine the next day. If you’re around the east and need real bodywork highly recommend this place ! :)

Booked a 90min session and it was a game changer. Super casual vibe but professional, therapist really knew fascia release and mobility work. It felt like a mix of yoga, deep tissue and physio all in one. Way more effective than the regular massage shops I’ve tried aroubd. For those looking for proper Thai/shiatsu-style treatment in Sydney this is the spot.
