Fabulous!! I was so cautious about booking this - it was the “nervous system reset” that got my attention as I really needed that, so ready to take a risk…I’m cautious because in the last 5 years I’ve had 2 spinal fractures, 4 lower spine surgeries (most recent June this year) and awaiting the 5th …so to say the stretching looked like a dream and a nightmare all at the same time is an understatement….well wow! Just wow! When I walked out of there I was standing so tall, shoulders back, my hips were fluid as I strode past the gorgeous Coogee beach - seriously if you’re looking for more than a massage, where you feel locked up (chest, texters neck, hips etc) not just sore muscles, this guy is your answer. I basically squeezed him with excited gratitude afterwards (I think I startled him 😂) - also my ear had this weird vein pop but in the neck to head and my hearing just got louder - wow. Thanks so much! Consider me a regular now 🙏🏻🥳
